What is normally free
A reasonable quantity of available standard samples can be supplied for material, size, fit and application review, subject to stock.
Who pays delivery
The buyer pays courier charges and destination fees. A DHL, FedEx or UPS account can often be used, or freight can be quoted before dispatch.
When custom samples cost money
Custom printing, tooling, moulds, special material, a new structure or a large sample set may require setup or development charges. These should be confirmed in advance.
How to test a sample
Check dimensions, capacity, closure, lid compatibility, stacking, food temperature, grease or moisture exposure, transport conditions and presentation. Record results against the intended use.
What sample approval means
A stock sample confirms only the features represented by that sample. Final artwork, color, print position, material and packing must still be approved for the production order.
