Kraft Box Coating Choices for Oily Takeaway Food
Grease resistance depends on food type, coating and holding time, not only the paper color.
Kraft color does not guarantee performance
A natural kraft look is popular, but oil resistance comes from board structure and coating. For fried food or saucy meals, ask for the coating recommendation and test samples with the real menu.
Check the service journey
A box used for dine-in takeaway may perform differently from one used for 40-minute delivery. Steam, stacking and transport movement should all be considered.
Do a simple sample test
Put the actual hot food inside the sample box and check the bottom, corners and closure after the expected holding time. This gives better information than a catalog photo.
