What Makes a Food Packaging Quote Slow?
Most quote delays come from missing size, quantity, artwork or application details.
Missing dimensions
Suppliers need either exact dimensions, capacity or a sample photo with measurements. A product name alone is rarely enough.
Unclear printing request
Logo printing, full-color artwork and private label packaging can have different costs and minimum quantities. Send artwork early if possible.
No destination or packing details
Export packing and shipping terms can affect the price. If you already know the destination port or warehouse, include it in the first message.
